Gynecologic Care

This service offers all wellness needs. We also support gynecologic issues ranging from breast exams, pap smears, or urinary issues.

Preconception Counseling

Considering starting your family? This visit will give you information into how to prepare for pregnancy.

Childbirth Education

Get a customized education program to give you all the "need to knows" of pregnancy, labor and birth.

Home Birth Midwifery

Midwifery care for a planned home birth is the best option for low risk birthing people.

Monitrice Services

This option is great for moderate to high risk clients looking to supplement their OB care.

Labor Support

Labor can come with unpredictable twists and turns. Your midwife will be there to guide you through labor with encouragement, a gentle touch and ensuring a safe environment.

Lactation Support

It is natural, but it is definitely not easy. Foundational lactation services included with midwifery services, or available as an independent service.

Newborn Care

Home birth care supports the transition to parenting with newborn care that considers the whole family's transition. Your midwife will do wellness visits with your baby for the first month of life.

Fourth Trimester

Postpartum, also referred to as the fourth trimester, is commonly neglected. Birthing Characters offers postpartum care using the midwifery model as an individual service.
